In an Instagram post in June 2023, Holly Ramsay went public about her relationship with Adam Peaty.

She shared a photo of herself in a black bikini, saying that Adam had taken it.

The couple first met when her younger sister Tilly, 22, was competing alongside Adam on TV’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2021.

A source told The Sun: “Holly is a gorgeous girl and Adam sparked up a conversation on social media.

“He was liking a lot of her photographs on Instagram and he’s now made a move.

“They have been seeing each other for around a month and Adam is made up.

“Holly invited Adam to spend time with her at the house owned by her dad (TV chef) Gordon and mum Tana.

“It gave them proper alone time and made them realise they wanted to become more serious.”

After Adam and professional dancer Katya Jones shared a steamy dance where they nearly kissed on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, reports began to surface that there may have been more between them.

The relationship has never been officially confirmed and both parties have denied anything romantic ever happening.

Eirianedd Munro, his partner at the time, appeared to make light of the issue, even joking about it on Twitter, now X.

She posted a video of herself pretending to cry captioned with: “Watching your boyfriend almost kiss another woman on live TV finding out 10 million people also watched it.”

Katya and Adam finished in ninth place on the show, and both of them dismissed the rumours as “gossip”.

In a November 2020 interview with the Times, Adam said it was all just for show: “I knew my role, I knew what I had to do.

“I was playing a character and I’m not going to do it half-heartedly.

“You have to play it as much as you can, get into it, enjoy it.”

Adam met Eirianedd Munro in 2019 while he was training at Loughborough University, where she was also studying Fine Art.

Eiri graduated with a BA on July 19, 2021, while Adam was already in Tokyo preparing to win Olympic gold for Britain.

They share a son together — George-Anderson Adetola Peaty.

But rumours of strain in the romance began to circulate after his appearance on Strictly in 2021.

On August 23, 2022, Adam announced that they had decided to end their relationship and focus their energy on raising their son — meaning they were together for three years.

Taking to Instagram, he wrote: “Eiri and I have decided to go our separate ways.

“We have enjoyed a wonderful three years together, 2 of those with our gorgeous son George.

“Our priority has always been to provide the happiest and healthiest home environment for him, and right now that means ending our romantic relationship.

“I could not ask for a greater mother for George and I am so grateful to Eiri for her amazing support over the last three years.

“Eiri and George, I’m sorry for letting you down.

“My only interest is for the well-being of our family at this difficult time so I ask that our privacy is respected and I won’t be saying anything further.”

Eiri also addressed the split, posting: “The last three years have been so, so, amazing.

“Our little family have experienced so much laughter, love, and joy.”
