CASPAR is one of the grooms looking for love on E4’s hit show Married at First Sight.

The groom will be starring in MAFS 2024 alongside 16 other romantic hopefuls.

Nature enthusiast Caspar is from the New Forest.

He left the fast pace of London to build a career as a Head Gardener on a country estate.

He lives a quiet life alone with his two dogs, but is now hoping to bag himself a wife to make his life complete.

Unlucky in love

Caspar has been unlucky in love and has admitted to never experiencing a serious relationship.

The 34-year-old gardener has said that he’s never felt ready to find love and puts much of this down to his lack of confidence.

While Caspar enjoys a quiet life, he now feels it’s time to step out of his comfort zone and give himself the chance of meeting a wife as a contestant on Married At First Sight 2024.

Deal breaker

Caspar has revealed that “The worst thing I’ve ever done in a relationship is being too clingy and scared them away, rather than giving them space to learn to love me”.

And that his “biggest deal-breaker” is “you’ve got to like dogs”.

“I’m not giving up the two things I love in the world,” he admits.

Fans

Fans of the show are already loving the contestant.

The official MAFS UK Instagram account has shared videos featuring this year’s contestants and one follower commented on Caspar’s clip saying: “Finally a really nice normal man… hope things work out for him “.

But it’s not just MAFS fans who are keen on the gardner.

Peggy Rose — who was a bride on MAFS 2023 series — dropped a simple “” to signal her approval of Caspar.

Married at First Sight UK 2024 airs on E4 September 16 at 9pm.

The relationship experiment returns for its ninth series following the dramatic events of last season which saw Ella Morgan cheating on Nathanial Valentino with fellow groom JJ Slater — who is now rumoured to be engaged to Katie Price.
