Hunt for perv who ‘recorded man in toilet using hidden device’ at popular shopping centre

COPS have launched an urgent hunt for a perv who “recorded a man in the toilets using a hidden device” at a popular shopping centre.

The victim, a man in his thirties, was in a cubicle in the men’s toilets at Castle Quar in Banbury when he was filmed.

Police have since released an image of a man with dark hair who “may have vital information” about the offence, which took place between 5pm and 5:45pm on June 2.

The man is pictured wearing a black T-shirt and with tattoo on his right arm.

Thames Valley Police have urged anyone with information to come forward – either via their website or by visiting a police station.

Investigating officer, PC Filip Kopec, said: “I am releasing this image of a man who may have vital information about this offence of voyeurism.

“If you are the man in the image or know who he is then please contact Thames Valley Police as soon as possible.

“You can contact the force via our website, by visiting a police station or calling 101. Please quote the investigation reference number which is 43250271724.

“Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously via its website or by calling 0800 555 111.”
