Christine McGuinness shows off bedroom at £2.1m mansion after stunning makeover

CHRISTINE McGuinness has revealed her stunning bedroom transformation at the £2.1million mansion she shared with husband Paddy.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star and mum-of-three, 35, split with the Phoenix Nights comedian, 50, last year but chose to stay in the marital home with their kids.

Christine often captures her Instagram content from inside the luxurious Cheshire pad and she has now proudly showcased her stylish renovations.

She took to her social media to showcase her “affordable cosy bedroom refresh.”

The savvy mum opted for furniture from bargain store B&M and told how it had given her bedroom: “A whole new cosy feel for such great value.”

Christine firstly captured her huge white bed next to a grey bedside table.

A matching mirror was placed on top before Christine waved into it and told the video how she would be transforming the space.

She then filmed her trip to her local B&M store to pick up cosy cushions, ornaments and fragrances.

After putting the pillows and throw on the bed she admitted the space was feeling “a lot more cosy and a lot warmer.”

Christine added a pop of colour with red pampas plants and candles.

She then hopped on her newly-snug bed with a brew and snuggled up, wearing pink cycling shorts and an oversized T-Shirt.

It was a marked outfit contrast to her outfit the night before, when Christine dazzled in a silver sequin mini skirt.

Previously, Christine and Paddy said they aimed to be the “best parents they could be” following their separation as they co-parented their three children – twins Leo and Penelope, eight, and Felicity, five.

They told in their statement last year how the Cheshire mansion would remain their family home and said: “We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.”

Located in rural Cheshire, the house was a sanctuary for the pair during the coronavirus pandemic and they filmed fun TikToks  both inside and out.

The children also have their own playroom, which is decorated with paintings and toys that contrast the dark carpet and neutral walls.

Bikini photos of Christine also show the couple have a large pool at one side of the property, with a range of different animal floats for splashing around.

Meanwhile, there’s a stone tiled bathroom with a luxurious waterfall style shower head.

Yet Christine will soon be spending time away from the home after The Sun exclusively revealed her role in BBC Two show Pilgrimage.

Programme bosses are hoping the autism campaigner will spill secrets on her marriage breakdown during filming for the reality TV show.
