Who is Prince Achileas-Andreas of Greece and Denmark?

PRINCE Achileas-Andreas is part of the Danish and former Greek royal family.

Who is Prince Achileas-Andreas of Greece and Denmark?

Prince Achileas-Andreas was born on August 12, 2000 and is a member of the former Greek royal family and the extended Danish royal family.

He is the second son and third child of Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece and Marie-Chantal Miller.

Going by Achi, the prince is the grandson of the last monarchs of Greece, Constantine II and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece until a 1973 referendum ended the Greek monarchy.

The referendum took place after a right-wing military coup that began in 1967.

After King Constantine failed at instating a counter-coup, he and his family moved around Europe while living in exile.

Almost 69 per cent of people in Greece voted to abolish the country’s monarchy in favour of a republic.

Konstantinos Karamanlis was elected prime minister and the new Greek parliament gathered in December 1974 which marked the end of the monarchy.

Achi is one of five children, with siblings Maria-Olympia, Constantine-Alexios, Odysseas-Kimon and Aristidis-Stavros.

Where was Prince Achilaes-Andreas born?

Achi was born in New York City but has travelled across the world.

While growing up he lived with his family in London which is where he went to school.

However, he returned to New York which is where he carried on his studies.

Where did Prince Achilaes-Andreas go to university?

Achi moved back to New York when his older brother and sister started university.

He then attended New York University himself, graduating in 2023.

It’s unknown what subject he studied there.

What does Prince-Achilaes-Andreas do for a living?

Despite being a member of the royal family, Achi keeps himself busy in several ways.

He mostly works as an actor and socialite.

Between 2017 and 2019 he made guest appearances on the American television soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

Under the stage name of Achi Miller he also got a small role in Jennifer Lawrence‘s 2023 movie No Hard Feelings.

He spoke to Paper Magazine about acting, saying: “It was always a great passion of mine.

“When I was a kid I remember always watching movies and TV shows and I was like, ‘This is what I want to do: be an actor.’”

Away from acting, Achi has managed to earn an impressive amount of social media followers.

On Instagram he goes by the name Achi of Greece and boasts 384,000 followers as of August 2024.

He tends to post what he gets up to every day which involves regular travel and hanging out with fellow celebrities.

His bio simply reads: “Keep it cozy.”

His followers are sure to know about Achi’s royal connections as he referenced Queen Elizabeth II when she passed away in September 2022.

He shared several photos before paying tribute to the late Queen.

He then wrote: “And on a more personal level, tales of her wonderful yet characteristic kindness have always been handed down to me by my father and grandfather who remember how she welcomed and supported my family when they arrived in England.

“Our heartfelt wishes and prayers are with King Charles and his family. God bless the Queen. God save the King.”
