EMMA MORGAN, 53, is one of the stars of the latest series of Big Brother.
The 2024 line-up also includes King Charles’ ex-butler, a climate activist and an amputee footballer.
Coronation Street Star
Big Brother is not Emma’s first time in front of a TV camera.
Eagle-eyed viewers may recognise her from Coronation Street.
She briefly starred in the soap as a nurse during Tim Metcalfe’s health battle in 2022.
During the scene, she shouted Tim’s name while he was being supported by his friend Aggie.
Before she became a soap actress, Emma worked as a glamour model for 12 years.
She also appeared on Page 3 in the 1990s.
After that, she opened up an aesthetics business named Belladonna Aesthetics, in Essex.
Soon, business was booming and she opened up branches in Manchester and London.
She has now swapped her regular life to be a reality star on Big Brother.
Fans are already calling her a “queen”, thanks to her dazzling, red minidress on launch night.
Life in the Big Brother house
Emma was selected from thousands of hopefuls to enter the Big Brother house on October 6, 2024.
Speaking about why she applied to be on the show, Emma told ITV: “My daughter and her friend told me to apply.
“It was around midnight one night and I sat there one night and I did it more to humour them two.
“I did the application and didn’t put any thought into it whatsoever. I didn’t think in a million years I would hear back from them – my jaw dropped when I did!”
Talking about what she will bring to the house, Emma said: “I’m going to bring peace and harmony and a whole lot of laughter – that’s going to be me.
“But saying that, I could go in there and be the one to cause all the drama. I would like to think I’m the peacemaker.
“People ask me if I’m going to be the mother hen in the house – I might have times where I’m the mother hen but generally speaking I’ll be one of the girls.
“I don’t think I really act my age when I really should so I can’t see myself acting my age in Big Brother.”
Spending spree
Emma also revealed how she’ll spend the £100k – if she wins season 21..
After sharing some of the cash with family members, she said the remainder would go on a “nice holiday”.
But she added: “I think I’m going to try and hold onto it and invest whatever I’ve got left after the kids have fleeced me.
“I’ve always fancied buying a little holiday home in Mexico.”
