AT the age of 19 O’Fill Allen received a life sentence for murder.

Who is O’Fill Allen?
In 2003, O’Fill Allen, then aged 19, was involved in the murder of a man in London.
Discussing the crime he was later convicted of, Allen told LadBible TV: ”My best friend at the time called me.
”He told me that him and his girlfriend who he was with at the time had been going through a bit of a rough patch.
”Not talking to each other for maybe like a week or two, you know on and off sort of thing.”
He then went on to claim that the victim had made sexual advances towards the woman who was ”scared to go to the police”.
Allen continued: ”It was my boy’s plan and his girl’s plan.
”And what they done basically is phone the man back and she asked him to come meet her.
”The plan was he was going to pull up at the bus stop and meet her.”
There O’Fill and his friend were lying in wait for the victim in a phone box armed with two baseball bats.
During court proceedings, Prosecuting Sally Howes QC, said: “They made straight for Mr Thompson and attacked him, striking him repeatedly and forcefully with the bats.
“Most of the blows were to the head and many were struck while he was on the ground, injured and helpless.”
Initially, Allen thought he’d just badly injured the man.
However, hours later he witnessed a sheet being pulled over the victim’s body.
Judge Paul Focke QC told the pair: “You mercilessly beat the unarmed man about the head. O’Fill Allen, you became an enthusiastic and willing partner in this revenge attack.
“The sentence for murder is mandatory.”
How long did O’Fill Allen spend in prison?
Following the incident, O’Fill Allen was initially sentenced to 12 years in prison.
However, after serving eight months on remand, the sentence given by the judge was amended to 11 years and 127 days.
O’Fill Allen was released from prison in late 2020 after serving 17 years behind bars.
Is O’Fill Allen on Instagram?
Following his release from prison, Allen became active on the social media platform Instagram.
As of October 2023, he has over 2,000 followers on his account – where he shares clips discussing his conviction.
In one clip taken from TikTok and shared to the social media platform in December 2022, Allen can be seen discussing the crime he committed and sharing an insight into his time spent in prison with a number of youngsters.
Since leaving prison, Allen has participated in a number of interviews and podcasts.
