KEVIN Sweeney was recently caught on camera abusing pro-Palestine protesters on Saturday.

Who is Kevin Sweeney?

Kevin Sweeney was videoed at Waterloo Station shouting racist abuse towards pro-Palestine protesters.

The clip shows the 61-year-old blasting “terrorist c***” at demonstrators on Saturday.

British Transport Police shared his face on social media along with another three other men they want to speak to about the row.

After the incident, officers turned up on Sunday at his £600,000 semi-detached house to question him.


What does Kevin Sweeney do for a living?

Kevin is an amateur football club secretary for Moseley FC.

The club are part of the Combined Counties league – and he has also played for the veteran’s side.


What ties does Kevin Sweeney have to Moseley Football Club?

In 2004, he played in a Chelsea old boys team against Molesey FC team.

He rivalled ex-Blues legends for a charity match at their Walton Road stadium.

According to the Daily Mail, Mr Sweeney paid over £1,000 to play in the game that featured Ray Wilkins, Clive Walker and Gary Chilvers.

The contribution was reportedly made to boost an appeal for funds to support those affected by the 2004 Tsunami.

Despite being part for the team, his profile on their was made unavailable on the website.

What happened at Waterloo station?

The football fan was with three other men as they confronted a group of pro-Palestinian supporters on Saturday evening at the conclusion of the march on Armistice Day.

Chaos unfolded over the weekend when a group of protesters were ambushed by a mob of angry men in Waterloo station.

Mr Sweeney was filmed yelling obscenities at the group calling them ‘terrorist c****’.

The incident ended when a member of staff at the station intervened.

In a statement, the British Transport Police said: “Officers are looking to speak to the individuals in the images who they believe may have information that could help their investigation.”

It followed an incident caused by a far-right group led by Tommy Robinson who disrupted the Armistice Day ceremony on Saturday.

However, it is not confirmed whether he was part of yob.
