RIGHTMOVE has revealed the most viewed homes so far in 2025 – including a £59 million townhouse, and an ‘historic gem’.
The popular property site has something for everyone, whether you’re looking for your next home, or simply want to have a bit of a snoop.
To satisfy the nosiest among us, Rightmove has released a list of the most viewed homes in 2025 so far, from ultra posh modern mansions to historical restorations.
Historic House in Conwy, North Wales

The property claiming the top spot on the list is a stand-out thanks to its stiletto-shaped bathtub.
As a Grade II listed building, the North Wales property is made more unique by its long-standing history.
Having been dated to 1441-2, the property combines its 16th century structure with 18th century additions, ensuring it remains in-keeping with the nearby historic castle and quayside.
Although the building retains much of its historic charm, the home underwent a renovation with Listed Building compliance between 2008 and 2015, giving it more modern upgrades.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms – one of which is complete with an impressive stiletto-shaped bath.
Restored Church in Denholme, Bradford

This £1.3 million Grade II listed building was built in 1846 – and is complete with its original belltower.
With an eye-catching exterior, the property boasts a “wealth of character” with an open plan design, arched windows and a spiral staircase.
The current owners have turned a large open area on the ground floor into a yoga studio with views of the courtyard garden.
Access to the private graveyard can be given to the public at the owner’s discretion.
Country Estate in The Yorkshire Dales

If you’ve got a spare £21 million lying around, you could move into this expansive property on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The vast country estate even includes a 14th-century Grade I listed castle, and an East Wing that has previously been used as a wedding venue.
It features gorgeous walled gardens, as well as 188 acres of Estate Woodland and a further 26 acres of productive grassland.
Interested buyers can purchase it as a whole, or as separate lots if you’re after something a bit easier to maintain.
Mansion in Caldy, The Wirral

For those looking for something a bit more modern, this 12,000 square foot mega mansion in The Wirral might be more to your taste.
Featuring five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a leisure complex, there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
The space is equipped with a pool table, gym, cinema room, wine cellar, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
It’s also one of the cheaper properties on the list, valued at just £4.5 million.
Art Deco House in London

At the other end of the financial spectrum is this £59,950,000 property in St. John’s Wood, London.
Decorated with vast chandeliers and elegant marbled bathrooms, the house provides a tranquil escape from London’s fast pace.
You won’t be short of facilities, as the house includes a games room, cinema room, drinks bar, gym with a ballet rail, steam room, sauna and plunge pool – as well as a hairdressing salon.
There’s even space for staff to stay at the property, with four basement bedrooms, two shower rooms and a staff cloakroom.
According to Colleen Babcock, a property expert at Rightmove, Brits spent over 16.4 billion minutes on the platform last year.
Colleen said: “From a stiletto-shaped bathtub abode in Conwy to a restored historic church in Bradford, this year’s most viewed homes so far on Rightmove highlight the unique charm and diversity of the UK housing market.”
