CHRISTMAS may be days away – but it’s not too late to snap up some extra bargains for the occasion.
And now, thanks to Asda, it’s the perfect time to snap up some bargain pyjamas for your little ones to wear on Christmas Eve and beyond.
Asda is the latest supermarket to launch a mega sale on kids’ clothing, with their pyjamas selection in particular earning a big thumbs up from customers.
Mums and dads spotted several pairs of pjs on their sale rail and were majorly impressed with their low price tags that started from just £3.
Among the designs on offer were a cute pair covered in a design from the Disney movie Frozen that are available in ages 1 and a half years to eight years.
And they also had slippers – including some Peppa Pig ones – that had been marked down by over fifty per cent from £4.50 to £2.
And it didn’t take long for the word to spread among savvy shoppers on the lookout.
One woman snapped some pictures of the different pairs of pyjamas, including another cute pair with a cream jumper with a swan that read ‘fairytales and dreams.’
She posted them in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, before singling out the Frozen ones as a must-buy for girls who can’t get enough of the Princess’ from the film.
She wrote: “Asda lots of girls’ pjs knocked down from £4 and the Frozen pjs £8 and slippers £2 to £4.”
The impressed Asda customer later added: “There are also some sets with dressing gowns and pjs for £8 too.”
Almost immediately, other mums and dads commented on the post, as they said they knew their little girl would love to wear these over the festive season.
One person wrote: “Need to go and have a look!”
A second social media user added: “This is what I need.”
Parents also got other people they know on the case, as they asked them to keep their eyes peeled in case they could nab a pair – or even more.
This comes after other high-street shops decided to give their customers an early Christmas present and offer winter warmers at reduced prices – with Dunelm leading the way.
The popular shop revealed they were selling oversized festive hoodies in every size from kids all the way up to adults.
And the best part was that they were flying off of the shelves for just £6.
The hoodies, which originally cost £12 or more,are available in a range of different designs, including an adorable green children’s patterned number that is covered in Christmas puddings.
Little ones can also choose from a Harry Potter Hedwig theme to an adorable Reindeer or Penguin design, which comes complete with ears on the hood for just £7.
