THIS Morning’s Josie Gibson has shared a post about love ‘lessons’.
The 39-year-old took to Instagram to post a video about her “‘biggest lesson” she’s learnt this year.
The clip, originally posted by Mario Di Vaio, shared listed a number of things that they had realised in 2024.
The voice over in the post said: “My biggest lesson this year…
“Leave people as they are.
“Accept situations for what they are.
“Every action doesn’t need a reaction.
“And it’s not love that we’re afraid of.
“It’s the possibility or re experiencing old pain again.”
Josie liked the original post and reshared it on her story.
Hours before she reposted a cryptic quote which said: “If you see something beautiful in someone, tell them.”
Josie likes to keep her love life out of the spotlight.
But last year she confessed that she has a crush on her co-star Rylan.
Speaking on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, Josie said: “Do you know who’s my type?
“Obviously, he’s not my type in other ways… but if someone gave me a straight Rylan.”
She added in the Bush Telegraph: “I like a goatee, Rylan. I like them tall, Rylan. And I like them with a nice bit of hair, Rylan. And I like them with nice eyes, Rylan.
“Everything just screams Rylan, but I don’t think he’s barking up my tree.”
Last year Josie hinted that she was in a relationship.
During a stint on Shopping with Keith Lemon, the presenter revealed she had a mystery man in her life.
Josie said: “There is someone in my life at the moment but it’s early stages.
“It’s that bit where you’ve got the flutters, can’t-wait-to see-them vibes, you get a little bit nervous.”
Josie dated Big Brother co-star John James for nine months in 2010.
The star also got engaged to ex Luke Sanwo in 2012, but broke up in 2015.
Josie and ex Terry also share son Reggie.
