My eyeliner hack helps me shape the perfect brow – it gets easier after the first time, don’t worry about bald spots

A BEAUTY guru has revealed the little-known tricks for enviably sculpted eyebrows without visiting a salon.

She said it took her a few attempts and lots of makeup wipes to perfect her skills.

According to Healthline, there are several reasons why eyebrow hair loss may occur and a range of treatments.

Eyebrows may stop growing due to alopecia areata, nutrient deficiencies, stress, aging, overplucking, and underlying health conditions.

There are a range of topical medications as well as home remedies such as castor oil that can encourage growth.

However, many people prefer to hide their eyebrow loss using makeup.

A beauty enthusiast took to Reddit’s Makeup Education forum to share their advice after a fellow user asked for tips.

Posting under the handle u/ObliviousCitizen, she confessed that it took her “months” to learn how to make her eyebrows look good.

“What helped me after all that time was taking the blackest eyeliner I had and drawing my brows on just the way I wanted them,” she wrote.

“This took a good hour and a lot of makeup wipes but I finally got it.

“A good powerful daylight light will help big time along with a mirror you can sit up close to and basically kiss.

“Once you have super black brows with the perfect shape, pluck any hairs outside the drawn area.

“Once you’re done plucking all the strays clean the liner off.

“You might have gaps or bald spots. That’s ok.

“That’s when you fill in with a brow pen that matches your hair color and it’ll be easier to do since plucking has given you a clear, defined starting point.

“And once you’ve plucked, it’ll be much easier to keep up with plucking the regrowth as it comes in.”

Many people up-voted the post to show they were grateful for the hack.

Other responses to the post shared their favorite beauty products including a brow pencil from Rimmel and a brow kit from Anastasia Beverly Hill.
