James, 27, has undergone a serious body transformation since his time on the ITV2 show and regularly shows off his impressive body online.
The hunk has become a personal trainer and fitness enthusiast in the years following his TV fame.
James has beefed up thanks to his impressive gym routine and keeps his 149,000 followers drooling with an abundance of racy shirtless and nearly nude snaps.
The star lasted just 2 days when he appeared on Love Island and famously enjoyed a date with recent returning star Kady McDermott.
Entering alongside eventual runner-up Alex Bowen, James failed to make a lasting impression and was quickly jetted back to the UK after failing to find a romantic connection.
Whilst he failed to find love in the villa, he certainly made his mark on the show and managed to build up an impressive following online.
In one striking snap shared to his social media profiles, James sizzled as he went totally naked whilst sipping from a glass in the bath.
He flaunted his impressively defined abs as the water’s bubbles helped to protect his modesty.
James has also overhauled his hairstyle too after choosing to sport a shorter style after chopping off his locks for a new shaved head appearance.
It also appears that the star has opted for a new source of income as he regularly uploads content to the adults-only subscription site, OnlyFans.
Many of his Instagram captions encourage his followers to sign up to receive exclusive content from him.
During his stint on the programme, it was Kady that chose to have him dumped from the show.
After sending him home, Kady later become tearful, telling Zara Holland and Malin Andersson: “I felt sick. I was nervous. I don’t know why I felt sick.”
Zara felt she had made the right choice, telling Adam: “I didn’t know where she was going with it, but she’s made the right decision in my opinion.”
“This is fun, nah it’s cool,” James confessed as the Islanders bid him a final goodbye, before adding: “I feel gutted about being dumped.”
Scott Thomas added: “James was a proper sound guy and was always a gentleman. He had to do his best but didn’t have enough time.”
