Product details

This handwoven hanging chair is a great opportunity to add a touch of boho to your outdoor spaces on the cheap.

According to the description, you can use this décor item to “decorate your space while providing special and stylish seating”.

It includes a removable cushion for comfort and hardware that makes it easy to hang in your garden.

But we don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to suspend it from your ceiling indoors too.

It features a macramé back and seat alongside rope fixings and long tassels and is perfect for hanging from a covered terrace.

Reduced to £4.99

One eagle-eyed shopper could not believe their luck when they spotted the chair marked down in Aldi.

They shared their discovery on popular Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.

They posted a picture of the item alongside the caption: “I’ve never managed to find a bargain until yesterday, £4.99 in Aldi.”

Users took to the comments, saying they’ve either already purchased one or are currently looking.

“This swing fits perfectly on a child’s single swing frame,” one said.

Another wrote: “Wish I had somewhere to hang one!”

“I’ve been looking for one of these – not in our Aldi though,” added a third.

What’s even better is that it’s a whopping £70 cheaper than a B&Q equivalent.

Similar to the Aldi version, they’re selling a Beige Swing Chair Grazia for £74.99.

More bargains

It’s not the only garden furniture on offer recently either.

Morrisons has slashed the price of a bistro and patio set usually worth £45 in a massive end-of-summer clearance sale.

And its perfect for transforming your small spaces like balconies or small gardens into a romantic bistro where it can be left all year long.

How to bag a bargain

SUN Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to find a cut-price item and bag a bargain…

Sign up to loyalty schemes of the brands that you regularly shop with.

Big names regularly offer discounts or special lower prices for members, among other perks.

Sales are when you can pick up a real steal.

Retailers usually have periodic promotions that tie into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends, so keep a lookout and shop when these deals are on.

Sign up to mailing lists and you’ll also be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.

When buying online, always do a search for money off codes or vouchers that you can use vouchercodes.co.uk and myvouchercodes.co.uk are just two sites that round up promotions by retailer.

Scanner apps are useful to have on your phone. Trolley.co.uk app has a scanner that you can use to compare prices on branded items when out shopping.

Bargain hunters can also use B&M’s scanner in the app to find discounts in-store before staff have marked them out.

And always check if you can get cashback before paying which in effect means you’ll get some of your money back or a discount on the item.

Shoppers were also running to the supermarket for a bargain garden buy that’s perfect for chillier autumn nights.

The La Hacienda Camping Folding Firepit was originally priced at £12, but is now on sale for only £3.60.

B&M fans have recently spotted some huge bargains on outdoor furniture starting at just £6.

One person managed to get a 2.7m cream parasol for just £10 – down from £40.
