It sees the married stars invite another celebrity couple onto the sofa for a candid chinwag on their relationship.
Fans watched as Chris and Rosie, both 37, probed the stars on their pet peeves, parenting issues and bust-ups.
Last year The Sun told how Beeb bosses promoted the format to BBC One after proving to be a ratings hit.
But now we can reveal after two series they’ve been forced to shelve the show due to a schedule clash with the busy couple.
An insider said: “The BBC absolutely love Chris and Rosie, they’re a hilariously entertaining duo but most importantly, real.
“They want to continue producing The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show for audiences but due to schedule clashes they can’t make it work right now.
“While the show has been paused for now, behind-the-scenes the BBC are continuing to look at ways the show can continue with Avalon [the show’s production company].”
Our source added that one option being explored is moving the show to a different part of the schedule and shifting filming to another part of the year.
The Sun contacted the BBC for comment.
During its run, Martin and Shirlie Kemp appeared as well as Strictly’s Craig Revel Horwood and his fiance Jonathan Myring.
The second series saw Ronan and Storm Keating open up on their relationship, while Fred Sirieix and his fiancée Fruitcake also joined Chris and Rosie.
