THE Argos Black Friday sale is always a huge hit with Brits hunting for bargains ahead of the festive season.

When is Black Friday 2024? 

Black Friday takes place on November 29th this year.

Traditionally this shopping event falls the day after Thanksgiving in the US, and until somewhat recently, it was an American phenomenon.

For the UK, Black Friday is a massive shopping day and the perfect time for people looking to stock up early for Christmas.

Argos has participated in Black Friday before, so it’s a safe bet they’ll have some stellar deals again this year.

If you’re worried about missing out on the best Black Friday deals, Argos also takes part in Cyber Monday, which is probably the second biggest shopping day of the year and falls just after Black Friday.

Last year, Argos started announcing deals across the site before the much-anticipated day, and it included a variety of bargains on electronics, furniture, and toys.

So, it’s quite likely we’ll see a return of the early Black Friday deals. Since the discounts and special offers pop up a week or so before the main event, you’ll have more than enough time to pick up everything.

Previously, Argos added new lines to the sale every day and offered extra discounts in addition to Black Friday offers with voucher codes. 

How long are Argos Black Friday deals on for?

In previous years Argos’ Black Friday deals have ended on the Tuesday morning following Cyber Monday.

However, it’s not uncommon for some deals to last up until early December if stock is still available.

So no need to panic if you have a busy schedule and miss out on snapping up bargains on the day.

Does Argos price match items?

Last year Argos announced a raft of deals in the run-up to Black Friday.

The retailer’s Price-Promise guarantee assured shoppers that any product bought which was labelled with the Price-Promise badge would not be sold cheaper before 1 January 2024.

This meant consumers could confidently shop for bargains throughout November knowing they wouldn’t be discounted further for Black Friday.

This offer was rolled out on goods bought in-store and from the Argos website.

We have yet to find out whether this is something Argos will repeat for 2024, but watch this space as we will continue updating this page with all the latest Argos info as it is released.

When is Cyber Monday 2024 and is Argos taking part?

Cyber Monday is always the Monday following Black Friday, we’re used to seeing it pop up in November, but since Black Friday is happening on the 29th, we won’t see Cyber Monday until the 2nd of December.

The final day of the Cyber weekend is usually where you’ll find all of the last-minute deals.

It’s fair to say it’s highly likely Argos will participate in Cyber Monday.

Although we expect there will be great bargains to be had throughout the weekend.

While some deals may launch ahead of Black Friday and be available throughout the event, other flash offers may only be available on Cyber Monday.

It’s worth ensuring you sign up for newsletter alerts and follow the brand on social media to get the very latest information as it is shared during the sale.

Does Argos deliver?

Yes, Argos deliver across mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

You can also collect pre-paid online orders from Argos stores (including the ones in Sainsbury’s).

How much does shipping from Argos cost?

Argos’ standard postage costs £3.95, delivered the next day if you order before 8pm.

Argos also offers same-day delivery, promising to deliver packages ordered before 5pm, by 10pm.

Does Argos offer any other discounts?

NHS workers can use eligible vouchers in-store but will need to present their NHS IDs.

Argos’ opening times vary from store to store across the UK.

However, shoppers can find local store timings using the online store finder.

Of course, you can shop from the comfort of your sofa online via the Argos website or mobile app.

Can you use Nectar points at Argos?

Yes, you can collect and spend your Nectar points in-store and online at Argos.

Currently, you can collect 1 point per £1 spent, and 500 points are worth £2.50 when spending your points.
