Ki admitted their relationship with law student Sorcha Blae was over having gotten engaged last year.
Ki and Sorcha are believed to have enjoyed a two-and-a-half year romance before finally calling it quits.
Captioning a Pride themed Instagram post, Ki confirmed the news as they reflected on the past year.
They penned: “Late to the party as usual, i just wanted to thank @prideinlondon for inviting me and my siblings to be a part of the #nevermarchalone campaign.
“I’ve had a hard year with many ups and downs much like a lot of my trans siblings out there, I started my medical transition, broke up with my fiancé and supported my mum through her stroke recovery which all played a part in my non attendance of pride marches this year.
“However that hasn’t stopped people coming through for me as intersex trans person, including the long term support I have from my siblings.”
In a definitive move, both Ki and Sorcha appear to have scrubbed one another from their social media accounts as they move on and look to the future.
Ki made headlines when they joined Hollyoaks as the show’s first intersex and non-binary actor in 2020.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online at the time of joining, the actor opened up about how they felt they had some big boots to fill.
They said: “I grew up thinking there would never be a place for me in the film and TV industry unless I was behind the camera.
“But in recent years seeing the lengths those in the industry are going to in order to have not only representation, but positive representation for some of the most marginalised groups in society.
“Now being able to represent not only the LGBT+ community, but also people of colour has really given me faith that the industry is changing for the better.”
Ki departed their role as Ripley last year and left the show on August 8 2022.
