IT’S rare for any TV show not to branch out into celebrity specials.
So now, after 21 years on air, Escape To The Country is finally getting a star-studded series.

IT’S ’OAKS RETURN FOR EM
HOLLYOAKS veteran Emma Rigby‘s return will be part of a huge new storyline which will involve two of the soap’s biggest families – the McQueens and Osbournes.
Her character Hannah Ashworth is returning with her screen mum Suzanne, played by Suzanne Hall, while her twins by ex-love Darren Osbourne, Francine and Jack, will make a first appearance.
The appearance of the twins, who are now teenagers, is sure to cause fireworks with Darren, played by Ashley Taylor Dawson.
Emma’s storyline will also bring back Jessica Fox, who plays Nancy Osbourne, and Jorgie Porter, aka Theresa McQueen.
Hollyoaks has been through some drastic modernising in recent weeks, after the Channel 4 show went digital.
So bringing back favourite characters from the past will surely help to smooth the transition.
