For Black Friday 2025, folks are expecting Selfridges to get in on the action, but probably with a limited selection instead of store-wide markdowns.
Similar to M&S’s Black Friday sale, Selfridges avoids calling its sale Black Friday.
Instead, the retailer treats customers to a ‘Christmas Comes Early’ sale.

What was in the Selfridges Black Friday Sale last year?
Last year, Selfridges offered a selection of impressive deals across several categories.
Shoppers were able to snap up designer handbags, shoes, and apparel at reduced prices, along with skincare and beauty products from premium brands.
There were discounts up for grabs on select styles, including the Skims recycled plunge bikini top, which was slashed to just £20.
The Diesel D-Venus brand-plaque heeled slingbacks were discounted to less than £400, meanwhile, the Reformation Vida ruffle sleeve maxi dress was slashed by 50%, and the VEJA Esplar leather low-top trainers were also included in the sale.
Based on previous years, it’s likely we’ll see a similar pattern for 2025, with a focus on curated discounts across select brands and categories.
When is Cyber Monday 2025 and is Selfridges taking part?
Cyber Monday, which follows Black Friday, falls on December 1, 2025.
The day is traditionally focused on online shopping, and Selfridges is expected to extend its deals throughout the weekend and into Cyber Monday.
Although, as the retailer hasn’t been participating in the traditional Black Friday sales in recent years, expect any discounts on Cyber Monday to be under a different promotional guise.

How much does Selfridges’ shipping cost?
Delivery is dependent on how much you spend and how quickly you need it delivered.
For orders over £150, delivery is free, and for orders under £150, shipping costs can range between £5 and £15.
If you want your order immediately, or you are in the area and free to pick up your purchase in person, Selfridges shoppers can also opt for complimentary Click and Collect.
From £10 per year, you can opt for the Selfridges+ service, where you can enjoy unlimited deliveries for 12 months, wherever you are in the world.
